In the animation prime course of Arena, candidates learn fundamentals of animation along with understanding various tools, technologies and techniques of the field. The duration of the course is 27 months and it is divided into three terms.

It includes modules on Clay Modeling & Animation, 3D Motion Graphics, Digital Composting; Digital Modeling with 3ds Max; Lighting & Texturing Models and 3D Animation Portfolio.
- Term 3
In this term, students learn about Basics of 3D Animation; 3D Character Animation; Match moving and Camera Tracking; Digital Sculpting; Digital Modeling with Maya; Lighting and Rendering Models; FX, Dynamics & Simulation and Crowd Simulation.
- Tools & Software
During the course, candidates acquire hands-on experience of various animation software and tools such as Blender, Stop Motion Pro, Monkey Jam, Stop Motion Studio, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop Extended CC, Adobe Audition CC, Natron, Maya Unlimited 2008, 3ds Max 2018, Arnold Renderer for Maya, V-ray for 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop Extended CC, Audacity, ZBrush 4R8 and Inkscape.
